2004
In spring 2004 our students organised trips to several conferences in Eastern Europe and Asia. The result of the conference in Omsk was a book about transport ecology in Russian and German language. It is published already and you can order it by mail.
2003
In the previous 12 months we organized the “1st European Conference of Traffic and Transportation Sciences”, which took place from the 20th till the 23rd September 2003 in Dresden, in close cooperation with the “19th Dresden Conference on Traffic and Transportation Sciences”. Students from different countries came together and used the chance to communicate with each other and get in contact through workshops, presentations and study trips. 2002
Our aim is to develop a network between European students of Traffic and Transportation Sciences and force the interchange between them. To give a possibilty to build networks. That is why we organized the “1st European Conference of Traffic and Transportation Sciences”. In summer 2002 a small meeting of European traffic students took place in Dresden. The aim was, to prepare the big conference for 2003.
2001
Everything started with a first student conference in Zagreb(Croatia) 1999. In the following year students from Omsk visited our Faculty of Traffic and Transportation Sciences “Friedrich List” Dresden. In 2001 and 2002 excursions from Dresden went to Omsk.
